Our presentation will make your event shine.

Memoirs catering van.

Memoirs – We bring the party to you

Memoirs Hawaii has mobile kitchens, a professional staff and access to all the rentals you’ll need to turn your party into an event. Hosting a dozen close friends for a holiday get-together in Manoa Valley? We can do that. Treating your company’s one hundred employees to a year-end shindig on the North Shore? We can do that too. Holding a fundraiser in Waikiki for your organization’s highest donors? Consider it done. Memoirs goes where you’re hosting.

A Seamless Transition

Our catering van is a kitchen on wheels. We routinely travel with mobile stove-top ranges and ovens, freezers, refrigerators and other appliances that provide all the tools needed for buffet courses, plated dishes and chef-manned action stations. Our chafing dishes, wooden decor and tabletop linens and silverware complement our cuisine with elegant design and layout. Call us or visit us online to learn more about everything Memoirs can bring your way.
