We routinely travel with mobile stove-top ranges and ovens, freezers, refrigerators and other appliances that provide all the tools needed for buffet courses, plated dishes and chef-manned action stations. Our chafing dishes, wooden decor and tabletop linens and silverware complement our cuisine with elegant design and layout. Make a Wish

Memoirs hosted Make a Wish a held a cooking class recently. The two children were brother and sister and had a blast. We taught them how to cook and they reminded us to be grateful for everything we have. Good times and more fun to come!
