We have used Memoirs many times and they have alway s exceeded our expectations. Always amazing food, fantastic service and they do it all wi th a smile!! We would recommend them to anyone, at any time.

Memoirs equipment, commercial kitchen and staff are a ll superior quality so they were well equipped to handle, and staff is well experienced so all was flawlessly executed.

We would highly suggest Memoirs for any catering even t - wedding and/or corporate events as they are professional, engaging, they work with y our budget, and are just an all-around pleasure to work with. Their responsiveness and flexibility and overall coo rdination assistance was impressively punctual and proactive, and in the lead up to our w edding week we were significantly less stressed given the thoroughness they'd put in durin g the planning process. As for the food and service, Memoirs far exceeded our expectations and we got comment and after comment from family and friends afterwards. We live in Hawai'i and did quite a bit of research o n caterers, which is a giant business here. Dragging ourselves around meetings and tastings for weeks was hard, but the decision was unbelievably easy. The professionalism of this company is top notch. We knew we wanted to get the best of the best and catering was high on our list of priorities . They did not disappoint from the appetizers, the custom cocktails, the professionalis m of the servers and the specialized menu. We highly recommend Memoirs and will continue to use them for future functions. Thank you for making our Christmas party a huge success and most memorable occasion!
